The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned accounts or regions in the manufacturing industry by running direct sales and developing sales channel.
He will be working closely with the technical team for the pre-sales activities and will report directly to the General Manager.
Main responsibilities will be as follow:
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Recruits and manages the distribution channel such as business providers, business partners and/or agents.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the assigned markets through direct activities or through Business Partners.
• Achieve sales targets.
Additional responsibilities:
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and sales calls.
• Identify and resolve clients concerns in cooperation with the technical team.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
• Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
Other responsibilities may be assigned by the General Manager. |
| Profil recherché |
The ideal candidate should be self motivated and have at least 4 years experience as a sales representative and should follow the following requirements:
1. Education and Professional Experience:
- University degree or above in business or in engineering.
- Strong knowledge and proven track record in direct sales in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Software sales experience is a plus.
- Familiar with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
2. Other:
- Chinese mother tongue and English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible, analytical skills and attention to details, problem solving skills, teamwork skills and organizational skills.
- Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule |
